Kulchas for Sehri :D

Kashmiri Kulcha – NOT Naan *facepalm*


1 cup – Self rising flour

1 block – Butter (salted)

2 Tbsp – Water

pinch of salt


White poppy seeds & Egg yolk with pinch of orange food colour.

  • A shift flour and salt.
  • Add block of butter, DON’T MELT IT.
  • Add Water and make a dough
  • When dough is ready set aside for 20min.

  • Make small Kulchas and press a bit on the top and brush the top with egg yolk and sprinkle poppy seeds and press again so poppy seeds stick with the dough.
  • Bake till its crunchy and golden. ! ! ! 😀
