Cream puffs

So yeh I had this craving for baking Daaghu dada 2 I kept thinking what should I cook or bake. I am not really into baking but I enjoy cooking.  So I decided why not bake some cream puffs filled with whipped cream.

It was soooo yummy, I broke ma diet.  Hinna's *sigh*

Preheat oven @ 400

  • Flour 2 cups (well shifted)
  • Water 1 cup
  • 4 Eggs
  • Butter half cup

Put butter and water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil.

Remove it from the stove and add shifted flour in it and keep mixing with a wooden spoon till it forms into ball.

Now add 1 egg and mix mix mix and do it for all four eggs.

Pour the mixture in a zip lock bag and make a small hole in the corner and make small balls on cookie tray.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit.

Now make a small hole or make a cut on the side halfway and fill in with your choice of filling (custard/ice cream/caramel cream/whipped cream)

You can top with chocolate syrup or sprinkle some ice sugar.
